The Formal

Terms and Conditions

1. First come first serve basis.Priority will be given to those who can make payment first.

2. All items are brand new and in mint condition.

3. Prices are non-negotiable and exclude shipping or postal charges.

4. Actual colour of the item may differ slightly from the photos shown due to the surrounding lightings.

5. Items are non-exchangable and non-refundable after payment/s are made.

6.Strictly no back outs, serious buyers only.We will not hesitate to blacklist the deadbeat/backout buyers.So please think twice before ordering.

7.Payment must be made within 2 days after confirmation via MAYBANK account.

8. Reservation will be release if payment is not made after 2 days of confirmation.

9. Items will only be reserved if full order form is submitted.
Statements like "pls reserve for me" will not be entertained.

10. Reservation period will only last for 48 hours.

11.No refunds or whatsoever once the payment has been made.

12.We will not be held responsible for any damage or lost items.

Shipping and Handling

All items are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. After your order has been confirmed and processed, it will be shipped out on the next working day upon a successful transaction. We aim to have your item delivered to you as quickly as possible.

For domestic (Malaysia) orders, please allow for 5-7 working days delivery.
For international orders, please allow for approximately 14 days delivery for most countries.

Each item is securely packed.

A standard postage fee of RM5 for registered post will be incurred for all domestic transactions. For international postage, appropriate charges will be applied accordingly depending on location. If you would like an EXPRESS delivery, please inform us and we will notify you of the additional charges. Additional shipping charges are added to every order of 3 items.
